Key Responsibilities
Perform fitting, assembling, and dismantling of mechanical components.
Read and understand engineering drawings, measurements, and technical specifications.
Operate hand tools, power tools, drilling machines, and other fitting equipment.
Carry out routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs of machinery.
Identify mechanical faults and assist in troubleshooting machine breakdowns.
Ensure proper alignment, installation, and functioning of machine parts.
Maintain tools, equipment, and the workplace in positive condition.
Follow company safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain maintenance records and report breakdowns to the supervisor.
Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
