Overseeing all operations in construction projects,He should ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality control. Key tasks include coordinating teams, managing contracts, and liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement construction projects plans, budgets, and timelines
Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders, including senior management
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project outcomes and team performance

Requirements:




At least 20 years of experience in construction management
Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
Robust leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience in budgeting and financial management
Familiarity with construction laws and regulations

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
