This is a full time in office role for a Fabricator, located in Chennai. The Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using cutting, shaping, and welding techniques. The role involves interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately perform fabrication tasks. The Fabricator will also work closely with team members to ensure adherence to safety standards and production timelines while maintaining a high quality of work.
Qualifications
Proficiency in welding techniques, metal cutting, and fabrication processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
Experience with operating fabrication tools and equipment, such as grinders, drills, and saws
Knowledge of materials, including various metals and alloys
Strong attention to detail and precision in work
Understanding of workplace safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a protected working environment
Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions
Relevant technical certification or vocational training in fabrication or a related field
