Role & responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on the shop floor and ensure targets are met.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments.
Monitor productivity, manpower, and resource utilization.
Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and process standards.
Coordinate material dispatch and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement.
Guide and motivate the team for better performance.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management.
Preferred candidate profile Robust technical and analytical skills
Valuable leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Valuable Excel skills
