POWDER COATING OPERATOR:-
Surface Preparation: Cleaning, degreasing, sanding and sandblasting parts to ensure proper powder adhesions.
Masking & Plugging: Applying tape or plugs to protect specific areas from being coated.
Spraying: Using electrostatic spray guns to apply powder coatings achieving consistent thickness and quality.
Curing/Baking: Loading parts into curing ovens and monitoring temperatures to create a hardened, durable finish.
Quality Inspection: Performing in-process and final checks for defects like uneven coating, missed spots, orange peel or contamination.
Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning spray guns, hoses, booths, and ovens to prevent contamination and ensure optimal performance.
Safety Compliance: Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Respirators,
Gloves) and following environmental regulations.
Material Handling: Loading /Un loading parts from conveyors or racks.
Preparation of Daily Production Record;
Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Education : 8th pass and above. Work experience : At least SIX years experience as Powder coating Operator / Painter.
Duty timings : Day and Night shifts. AGE : BELOW 42 YEARS
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
