Role & responsibilities
Develop and formulate current cosmetic and personal care products.
Conduct laboratory trials and optimize formulations.
Select and evaluate raw materials and active ingredients.
Perform stability testing and packaging compatibility studies.
Ensure compliance with cosmetic quality and regulatory standards.
Prepare formulation records, SOPs, and technical documents.
Coordinate with QC, QA, Production, and Purchase departments.
Troubleshoot formulation issues and support product scale-up.
Research market trends and develop creative products.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
