Collecting water and soil samples for quality testing to ascertain any possible contamination.
Analysing data related to the environmental impacts on groundwater and soil.
Recording and interpreting geological information from maps, reports, boreholes, aerial photos and geochemical surveys.
Research ways to minimize negative impacts of industrial activities to prevent Environmental pollution.
Carrying out hydrogeologic evaluations of known or suspected waste sites, industrial zones and infrastructural sites.
Preparing detailed reports and presentations based on field studies and laboratory research.
Formulating remediation measures for treating groundwater and soil contamination.
Training on fundamentals and application of groundwater science for students and industrial affiliates.
