Role Overview

We are looking for proactive field sales specialists to develop new clients and sell outdoor advertising and branding solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential advertisers, brands, agencies and local businesses.
Arrange meetings with owners, marketing heads and decision-makers.
Pitch hoardings, pole kiosks, transit advertising, outdoor branding and other available media.
Understand campaign requirements and coordinate proposals with the internal team.
Negotiate commercials within approved pricing and discount limits.
Convert prospects into orders and develop repeat business.
Maintain a weekly prospect pipeline, meeting reports and CRM records.
Coordinate with operations for campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements




Graduate with solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings within assigned territories.
Ability to generate leads independently instead of relying only on company-provided enquiries.
Basic computer skills and disciplined reporting.
Experience in advertising, media, B2B services, real estate or related sales is desirable.

Qualified new prospects and client meetings.
Proposals submitted and follow-ups completed.
Current clients acquired and orders secured.
Revenue, gross contribution and payment collection.
