Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead project development activities from concept, feasibility, and planning through execution readiness.
Prepare project development plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
Conduct technical, commercial, and financial feasibility studies.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project planning.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage project documentation, approvals, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Support procurement activities by coordinating technical specifications and vendor selection.
Review engineering designs and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Prepare management reports, presentations, and project status updates.




Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Drive continuous improvement in project planning, governance, and execution processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Support project handover to execution and operations teams.
Project planning and scheduling.
Budgeting and cost control.
Feasibility studies and business case development.
Risk management and mitigation planning.
Contract and vendor management.
Engineering and technical documentation review.
Project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting.
