Role & responsibilities The EHS Trainer is responsible for planning, designing, and delivering training programs related to setting, health, and safety to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. The trainer plays a critical role in building a robust safety culture by enhancing employee awareness, knowledge, and competencies in EHS practices.
Bachelors degree in environmental science, Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, or related field.
Certification in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in EHS training or EHS operations in an industrial, construction, or manufacturing environment.
Robust knowledge of EHS legislation and safety management systems.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training software/tools.
Ability to communicate in local/regional languages is an advantage.
