We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Factory Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery.
Assemble and package products according to specifications.
Inspect products for quality assurance and report any issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Log production data and complete necessary paperwork.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing workplace is a plus.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.
