This role involves approximately 70% field work and 30% office/coordination work. You will meet clients based on business requirements and help them with their home-loan requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Meet potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
Explain Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Visit clients based on business requirements.
Collect and verify required documents.
Coordinate with the internal team for loan processing.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

Candidate Requirements
Any graduate can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in Sales and customer interaction.
Willingness to travel and meet customers.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are required.
Basic knowledge of the local area is an advantage.
Key This is primarily a field-sales role, with around 70% field work and 30% office/coordination work.

Training & Support
Approximately 15 days of on-the-job training will be provided.
Team Leaders / Deputy Managers will guide you on lead generation, customer handling, documentation and the loan process.

Rounds: 2 rounds – Manager & ASM
Interview Timing: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
