Roles and Responsibilities
Provide application support to end users on ERP modules, ensuring timely resolution of issues and requests.
Handle ticketing system, including creating tickets, updating statuses, and resolving queries related to application errors or discrepancies.
Collaborate with other stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues .
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders regarding issue resolution timescales and expected outcomes.
User training sessions for new features and enhancements implemented in the system.
