Eligibility
MBA / PGDM
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching and/or industry experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage students through practical and interactive teaching methods
Responsibilities
Deliver theory and practical-oriented classroom sessions
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments
Mentor students for academic and career development
Participate in curriculum development and academic quality initiatives
Maintain student attendance, internal assessments, and academic records
Preferred Skills
Experience with Outcome-Based Education (OBE)
Valuable knowledge of MS Office , Powerpoint
Industry exposure in management or hospitality sectors is an added advantage
