About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR & Marketing Manager to manage HR operations, lead marketing initiatives, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

HR Management
Manage recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
Maintain HR records, documentation, and attendance.
Handle employee coordination and daily HR operations.
Monitor employee performance and engagement.

Marketing & Business Development
Plan and execute marketing and lead generation strategies.
Manage client outreach, calls, and follow-ups.
Build relationships with clients and business partners.
Oversee social media marketing and promotional campaigns.
Track leads, CRM records, and marketing performance.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in HR, marketing, or business development preferred.
Robust communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools, digital marketing, and MS Office.
Ability to manage teams and achieve business targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
