HR - PAYROLL & OPERATIONS

We are looking for an experienced HR qualified with strong hands-on expertise in payroll processing, attendance management, HRMS and employee lifecycle management. The candidate should be capable of independently managing payroll and HR operations for a large employee workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations, exits and Full & Final settlements.
Independently handle monthly payroll processing for 200 employees, including attendance inputs, salary calculations, deductions, LOP, incentives, payouts and payroll validation.
Manage attendance, leave, regularization, shift management and overtime (OT) calculations.
Handle statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity and applicable labour laws.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data and personnel files.
Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll inputs, reconciliations and timely salary disbursement.
Prepare HR MIS reports related to payroll, attendance, headcount and employee movements.
Support recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies and other HR operational activities.




Handle employee queries, HR audits and factory/plant-level HR coordination.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
3–6 years of overall HR experience, with at least 1.5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations.
Strong practical knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, overtime and salary payouts.
Experience managing payroll for 200 employees.
Working knowledge of HRMS/payroll platforms such as GreytHR, Keka, PeopleSoft or Darwinbox.
Good understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity and statutory compliance.
Solid proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, including payroll reports and HR MIS.
Ability to independently manage payroll activities along with general HR operations, including recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
Experience in a manufacturing, plant or factory workplace will be preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 30 days will be preferred.

This is a payroll-focused HR Operations role. Candidates must have strong hands-on payroll experience, HRMS knowledge, attendance management and statutory compliance exposure, along with working knowledge of general HR operations. Recruitment-only profiles will not be suitable.
