Medreich Meiji Group is hiring an R&D; skilled with 10 to 12 years of experience specializing in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulation for regulated markets (UK/Europe, Canada, and Australia).

Key Formulation & R&D; Responsibilities:
OSD Formulation Strategy: Design non-infringement formulation strategies for solid orals through rigorous patent and literature reviews.
Product Development: Plan, execute, and monitor experimental trial activities to hit targeted OSD product timelines.
Scale-up & Tech Transfer: Lead clinical batch manufacturing of solid orals in GMP areas and collaborate closely with pilot plant teams.
Documentation & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of OSD-specific PDRs, MFRs, BMRs, Technology Transfer dossiers, and cleaning validation protocols.
Materials & Inventory: Strategically plan and procure RMPMs and RLDs for seamless formulation trials.
