About Globeia

Globeia is a global identity verification and document services company with ten offices across North America, Europe, Australia and India, and a network of associates in more than 65 cities worldwide. We help people and businesses get the documents they need to move, work and operate across borders.

The role

We are expanding the range of countries we deliver services from, and we are looking for someone to lead that expansion from our Gurugram office. You will research how things get done in new markets, build and manage a network of partners on the ground, coordinate delivery across time zones, and grow a small team under you as the work scales. You will report to the Head of Operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes building a function from scratch and is comfortable working with partners in countries they have never been to.

What you will do
Research and document how our services are delivered in new countries
Identify, vet and onboard partners where we need them
Coordinate with our associates and partners worldwide to deliver client requests on time




Work with leadership on pricing and service design for current markets
Build the processes, tools and team that let this function run without you in every detail

Who you are
5+ years in operations, vendor or partner management, or international service delivery
Experience working across borders with partners you did not directly control
Robust written English and the patience to get answers out of people in different time zones
Comfortable with numbers, timelines and keeping many open items moving at once
Have managed people, or are clearly ready to
Based in Gurugram or willing to relocate; this is an in office role

Note: Backgrounds in global mobility, immigration or visa services, document attestation, international logistics or credential verification tend to fit well, but we care more about what you have actually done than where.
