Responsibilities
Prepare and review BOQs and tender specifications, enquiry floating to vendors and getting tender quotations from vendors for fire fighting projects.
Analyze technical drawings, tender documents, and specifications.
Verify BOQ quantities with drawings, preparing cost estimate for material and labour costs, and indirect costs.
Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations for cost optimization.
Coordinate with the sales, design, and project teams for tender submissions.
Solid knowledge of fire fighting systems, piping, pumps, and all relevant standards such as IS, BIS, NBC and NFPA is required.
