We are looking for a creative, driven, and hands-on Fashion Designer & Product Development Executive to play a key role in launching and shaping a current women’s fashion brand. This is an exciting opportunity to turn ideas into market-ready collections, define the brand’s design identity, and work closely with the manufacturing team from concept to final product.
Key Responsibilities
Develop original designs, collections, mood boards, and sketches for women’s wear.
Select fabrics, colours, prints, embroidery, trims, and accessories.
Manage sampling, pattern development, fittings, and design corrections.
Handle fabric sourcing, costing, merchandising, and production coordination.
Work closely with the manufacturing team to maintain quality and meet delivery timelines.
Research fashion trends and develop commercially viable products aligned with the brand’s vision.
Contribute to building the brand’s product range, aesthetic, and market positioning.
