We're Hiring | Forward Deployed Engineer — AWS (Lead) | Bangalore | 8+ Years A billion-dollar revenue MNC is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer — AWS (Lead) for a hands-on, customer-embedded engineering role focused on building, deploying and scaling production-grade AI applications and agentic workflows. This could be an prospect to work with one of the largest companies on the planet.

Location: Bangalore, Hybrid

Experience: 8+ years

Work Model: 3 days a week in office

Travel: 30–50% to client office

What you will do:
Work closely with customer engineering teams to understand business needs and build scalable AI-enabled production systems.
Design and develop production-grade AI applications, multi-agent orchestration layers, retrieval pipelines and workflow automation.
Integrate foundation models, customer data sources, APIs and enterprise applications into reliable AI solutions.
Own end-to-end delivery, from prototyping and development to production deployment and operational support.
Implement monitoring, evaluations, guardrails, testing, CI/CD, rollback and resiliency practices for AI systems at scale.
Identify AI adoption prospects and develop reusable frameworks,



accelerators and reference architectures.
Mentor engineers, establish engineering best practices and contribute reusable components to products and services.

What you need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong software development experience with programming languages.
Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications and agentic workflows.
Experience integrating AI models, APIs, enterprise applications and data platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems, AI models, data pipelines and application services.
Solid understanding of production readiness, monitoring, testing, security, reliability and scalability.
Experience working directly with customer engineering teams and delivering end-to-end solutions.
