BuyBuzz Infra is looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the company's hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial candidate screening and follow up with applicants.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Ensure timely hiring as per company requirements.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
Eligibility
Experience: 6 months–2 years in recruitment preferred.
Freshers with positive communication and learning skills may also apply.
Salary As per experience and company standards.
Working Details
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Work Mode: Work From Office
Location: DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurugram
