Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate interviews with hospital departments and management.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offers, and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Understand hospital staffing requirements and close vacancies within timelines.

Required Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred.
3–5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital recruitment.
Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and coordinate with hiring managers.
