Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, operational, and managerial positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Handle recruitment for manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, sales, and support functions, as applicable.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Maintain a recruitment pipeline and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
Negotiate salary packages and coordinate offer releases and candidate joining.
Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background verification.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.




Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility Criteria
MBA in HR / Human Resources is preferred.
Candidates with experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
