Develop accurate structural BIM models using Revit Structure.
Prepare rebar detailing and reinforcement drawings based on structural design.
Create and modify structural elements such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, stairs, and other RCC components.
Produce GA drawings, rebar drawings, sections, schedules, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines to resolve structural and rebar clashes.
Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and rebar detailing requirements.
Update models and rebar drawings based on design revisions.

Requirements
2–6 years of experience in Structural BIM Modelling and Rebar Detailing.
Mandatory: Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Rebar Detailing.
Experience working on residential building projects is mandatory.




Good understanding of RCC structural drawings and reinforcement detailing.
