Job Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional guest service in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Assist guests with reservations, orders, food and beverage service, and special requests.
Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and skilled presentation.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle guest queries courteously and ensure a memorable guest experience.
Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or premium hospitality property.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer service orientation and qualified grooming.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai are preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
