Lead Management and Conversion: Manage enquiries, conduct timely follow-ups, negotiate effectively, and convert potential customers into confirmed bookings.
Client Relationship Management: Build robust relationships with individual customers, HR teams, corporate coordinators, and decision-makers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Event Coordination: Coordinate with operations and hosting teams to communicate customer requirements and ensure smooth event execution.
Sales Reporting and Performance:



Maintain accurate lead and booking records, track conversion rates, prepare reports, and achieve monthly sales targets.
