Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Requirements:
Graduate; MBA in HR preferred.
Experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
