Required Skills
Hands-on experience in MetricStream application development and configuration.
Knowledge of MetricStream GRC architecture and application framework.
Experience with workflows, business rules, forms, reports, and customizations.
Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations.
Knowledge of JavaScript, Java, XML, or other technologies used in the relevant MetricStream workplace.
Experience in debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and application support.
Understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.

Preferred Skills
Experience in MetricStream modules such as ERM, Compliance, Internal Audit, Policy Management, or Third-Party Risk Management.
Exposure to MetricStream upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Knowledge of risk assessment, control testing, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
Experience working in Agile settings.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
