Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates using job portals and LinkedIn.
Communicate with candidates and assess their profiles.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate records and learn US recruitment processes.
What We Are Looking For:
Any graduate or postgraduate.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
BPO/KPO/RPO or recruitment experience preferred.
Willingness to work in the US night shift.
A robust learning attitude and interest in recruitment.
