Role & Responsibilities for Senior Analyst role:
Understand all aspects of assigned US Defined Perk in manual calculations in order to effectively provide customer service.
Excellent communication written/verbal skills.
Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements.
Assist with routine and periodic benefit plan audits.
Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques.
Preferred candidate profile:
Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts (5:30Pm- 3:00AM)
Candidate should have valuable communication skills.
For Senior Analyst role, candidate should have minimum 3.5 years of US Defined perks experience and overall more then 4 years of experience is required.
