About Us

Metamorphosis Clinic specializes in skin, hair, and body aesthetic treatments. We are looking for a well-organized, polite, and responsible Guest Relations Executive to manage front-desk operations and administrative activities at our Vashi branch.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and manage front-desk operations.
Coordinate patient appointments and doctor consultation schedules.
Maintain patient records and update clinic software.
Prepare and maintain consultation reports, consent forms, and treatment documentation.
Cross-check consent forms and treatment reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Ensure patient details are correctly entered into the system.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic management.
Handle incoming calls and provide basic information about clinic services.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic protocols.




Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations at the branch.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate preferred.
Experience in reception, clinic administration, hospitality, or front-office operations is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn clinic software.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Polite, professional, punctual, and patient-friendly.
Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities independently.
Multitasker and Flexible.
Quick Learner.

Working Hours Full-time, 9-hour shift as per clinic schedule.

Salary & Benefits
Salary ranging from ₹17,000 to ₹26,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
