Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end executive search assignments for senior leadership, executive, and business-critical roles.
Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, leadership competencies, success profiles, and search strategies.
Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and talent intelligence to identify relevant talent pools and potential candidates.
Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, qualified networks, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Build and maintain confidential talent pipelines and succession-ready talent maps for current and future leadership needs.
Evaluate candidates through structured discussions covering leadership impact, functional expertise,



career progression, motivation, and cultural fit.
Provide market insights on talent availability, competitor movements, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends.
Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, feedback, offer discussions, and compensation negotiations in collaboration with stakeholders.
Share regular updates on search progress, shortlist quality, market challenges, and delivery timelines.
Ensure a high-quality, confidential, and skilled candidate experience throughout the search process.
