Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative activities, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and organizational skills.

Key Roles And Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain office files, records, and documentation systematically.
Coordinate with production, stores, HR, and other departments for operational support.
Manage office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
Monitor employee attendance and support basic admin-related HR activities.
Handle vendor coordination, quotations, and follow-up activities.
Organize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain MIS data.




Manage incoming calls, emails, couriers, and official correspondence.
Ensure proper maintenance of office assets and inventory records.
Support management with routine operational and administrative tasks.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety compliance within the office premises.
Assist in travel arrangements, guest coordination, and employee support activities.
