Robust knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM and HCPCS coding.
Experience in Physician Billing (PB) and/or Hospital Outpatient (OP) coding.
Thorough understanding of CPT modifiers, NCCI edits and official coding guidelines.
Ability to independently review operative reports and complex medical documentation.
Robust understanding of medical terminology, anatomy and clinical documentation.
Ability to identify coding discrepancies, missed services, unsupported codes and documentation gaps.
Commitment to maintaining high coding accuracy, productivity and compliance.

Additional Responsibilities for Coding Auditors
Conduct coding quality audits and identify error trends.
Provide constructive feedback, coder education and recommendations for improvement.
Perform root cause analysis and support corrective action plans.
Monitor coding accuracy and ensure adherence to client-specific requirements and coding guidelines.

Pay: ₹694,000.00 - ₹2,240,000.00 per year
