Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a robust focus on bulk hiring, volume recruitment, and lateral hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Handle bulk hiring and trainee recruitment to meet business requirements within timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers to close positions.
Manage offer negotiations, joining follow-ups, and candidate engagement.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; MBA in HR is an added advantage.
26 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment is preferred.
Solid communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Industry Preference: E-publishing, BPO/KPO or other service-oriented industries.
