Location: Onsite — Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Finance & Accounting: India accounting oversight with day-to-day support from an existing team member. GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliance.
US accounting coordination via QuickBooks.
Financial reporting to the CEO.
Compliance & Documents: Ensure every document is current, approved, and audit-ready.
Liaison with auditors and legal counsel.
Administration: Coimbatore office operations, vendor management, travel logistics, CEO visit support, and HR administrative coordination.
