Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to promote Surety Bond solutions to contractors, businesses, and potential clients. The role involves field sales, lead generation, client meetings, and relationship management. Candidates with experience in insurance, BFSI, or financial product sales are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct field visits and meet contractors, businesses, and decision-makers.
Explain Surety Bond solutions, perks, eligibility, and application requirements.
Understand client needs and provide suitable product information.
Manage client follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closures.
Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with clients.




Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and bond issuance.
Maintain records of leads, client meetings, and sales activities.

Requirements
Experience in insurance sales, BFSI, financial products, or field sales is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads, convince clients, and build relationships.
Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
