The role
We’re hiring an HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR for our teams at the corporate office, project sites and malls. You will report to the Head of HR.
What you’ll do
Post vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Handle joining formalities, induction and employee records
Maintain attendance and leave records and prepare monthly payroll inputs
Support full-and-final settlements and answer employee questions on salary, leave and policies
Organise training sessions, engagement activities and internal communication
Conduct exit interviews and issue HR letters
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
