Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in daily production and manufacturing activities.
Understand and monitor production processes to ensure smooth operations.
Support quality inspections and ensure products meet required quality standards.
Assist in identifying and resolving production-related issues.
Maintain daily production reports, process records, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Learn about machinery, equipment operation, and preventive maintenance.
Support process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
Participate in training sessions and implement the knowledge gained.




Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Educational Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
Fresh engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
Required Skills
Basic technical and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and other basic computer applications.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to work effectively in a team.

Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
