Role Purpose

S treamline the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, tracking shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery delays, robust analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent coordination abilities to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Process sales orders, create purchase requisitions, and maintain accurate inventory databases.
Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and transport vendors to ensure on-time delivery and dispatch.
Update daily Management Information Systems (MIS) trackers, monitor delivery SLAs,



and prepare shipping reports.
Liaise with the sales, finance, and procurement teams for invoice processing, goods receipt notes (GRN), and stock reconciliation. Investigate transit delays, lost shipments, and damaged materials to provide timely updates to stakeholders
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
