Job Responsibilities:
Visit customer locations to diagnose and resolve computer, laptop, and hardware-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity problems.
Provide in office technical support and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Perform system upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain service reports and update customers regarding technical issues.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Relevant experience in field service or computer repair is preferred.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel to customer locations for in office support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
