We are looking for a finance skilled with 2–5 years of experience in the PCBA, Electronics Manufacturing, or EMS industry to manage day-to-day finance operations, statutory compliance, and related legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting processes.
Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with applicable laws.
Coordinate with legal consultants, auditors, and statutory authorities as required.
Support financial reporting, MIS, reconciliations, and documentation.
Monitor accounts payable, receivable, expenses, and cash flow.
Ensure proper maintenance and accuracy of financial records.
Assist in audits and provide required financial and compliance documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.




Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related matters.
Identify and resolve finance, accounting, and compliance issues.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred).
2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in PCBA, EMS, electronics manufacturing, or a similar manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting practices.
Experience in handling auditors and external consultants.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Robust analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
