Function: B2C Indoor Sales

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Graduate Trainees to join our B2C

Indoor Sales team .

The role involves interacting with customers, visiting potential clients, generating sales leads, and supporting the business in achieving sales targets. This is an indoor sales role , and candidates should be comfortable with regular local travel and customer visits.

Key Responsibilities
Visit customers, prospective clients, dealers, and other business locations for sales activities.
Generate current leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Conduct product presentations and explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, delivery, and after-sales requirements.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maintain regular reporting of customer visits,



leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Travel regularly within the assigned territory for customer meetings and business development activities.

Candidate Profile
Graduate from a recognized university/institution.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
Willingness to work in an Indoor sales environment .
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria
60% and above throughout academics.
No academic gaps.
Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria across their educational qualifications.

Compensation
Stipend: ₹27,000 per month during the Graduate Trainee period.
Post Absorption CTC: ₹5.12 LPA, subject to successful absorption.

Key Note This is a B2C Indoor Sales position. Candidates should be comfortable with customer meetings, lead generation, and sales activities within the assigned territory.
