Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and Finance Executive with 2–3 years of experience in finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial accounting, accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, MIS reporting, GST/TDS compliance, and financial documentation. Working knowledge of SAP (FI Module) and Tally is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial accounting and bookkeeping activities
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Process vendor Invoices, customer Invoices, payments, and receipts
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and MIS
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Monitor cash flow and expense tracking
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (where applicable)
Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Work on SAP (FI Module) for financial transactions, reporting, and reconciliations
Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation
Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks,



and vendors for finance-related activities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Hands-on experience in AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
Working knowledge of SAP (FI Module)
Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime is preferred
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, MIS reporting) and MS Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field
M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage
Experience in financial reporting and MIS preparation
Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
Familiarity with ERP systems and internal financial controls
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
