We are hiring Finance Executives / Accounts Executives with 3–6 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. Candidates must have hands-on SAP experience and knowledge of accounting, taxation, reconciliations and financial reporting. Manufacturing or engineering industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions and ledger entries in SAP.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and vendor reconciliations.
Verify vendor invoices and perform PO, GRN and invoice matching.
Manage customer billing, receipts and payment follow-ups.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with payment processing.
Prepare journal entries, provisions, accruals and general ledger reconciliations.
Support GST, TDS compliance and taxation-related activities.
Handle inventory accounting, stock reconciliation and fixed asset records.
Assist with monthly/year-end closing,
audits and financial reporting.
Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Accounts Operations.
Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS and reconciliations.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions.
B.Com / M.Com qualification; CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
Manufacturing or engineering industry experience will be an advantage.
Solid analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
