Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support employee training development initiatives. The role involves attracting top talent, enhancing employee skills, and contributing to overall organizational growth through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria
Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for current hires
HR Operations Support
Assist in performance management processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws




Support employee engagement and retention activities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM/MSW in HR (preferred) Other.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or training development.

Preferred Experience
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Exposure to training coordination or content development.
Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.
