Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage candidate communication, interview feedback, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and recruitment databases.
Meet hiring targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and source effectiveness.

Required Skills
Robust sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
Positive negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to work under recruitment deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
2–4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
Experience in IT, IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Healthcare recruitment will be an advantage.
Candidates with good employment stability and the ability to join immediately will be preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
