Responsibilities – HR Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Implement HR policies, company rules, and disciplinary procedures.
Handle employee grievances, performance management, and staff engagement. Coordinate training, appraisals, and employee development. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements. Manage employee exits, notice periods, and full & final settlements.
