Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end clinical and non-clinical recruitment, especially nurses and healthcare specialists.
Develop recruitment strategies and build tie-ups with colleges, nursing institutions, and consultants.
Conduct campus interviews, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and recruitment drives.
Source candidates through Naukri, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Handle salary finalization, offer letters, onboarding, medical examinations, and documentation.
Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Travel within Kolkata and surrounding states for recruitment activities.
Preferred candidate profile Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Healthcare recruitment experience is an advantage.
